The good news is that Star Trek Continues is completed now (11 rather than their planned 13 episodes). It's pretty good (though there's a few clunkers in there, but some excellent ones too) as a homage to TOS. Better overall than Star Trek The New Voyages/Phase II (which has three episodes pending post production/effects work), certainly in the quality of acting and scripting.

Axanar, which prompted all of this court action looked like it could have been excellent, will eventually see the light of day but in a very different form. Ah well :( As it stands, it's very much playing with the same bit of history as Discovery, but obviously a very different take on it all.
