Very nice – and I would not want to be a Sherman trying to out-fox that StuG commander!

PzGeneral05 Dec 2017 7:17 p.m. PST

Amazing work

Who makes the Luchs kit please Piers?

Silurian06 Dec 2017 11:20 a.m. PST

Lovely painting and weathering.

Is the zimm on the Stug that new stick-on stuff? If so, how was it?

CharlesRollinsWare06 Dec 2017 12:41 p.m. PST

Very, very nice … especially the Luch

donlowry06 Dec 2017 5:58 p.m. PST

Beautiful, as usual.

@deephorse

The Luchs is the MACO kit… its ok, but I'd get the Flyhawk one. I think it has the edge over the MACO kit.

@Silurian

The zim is etched paper, made for the Revell model and bothched onto the PSC one. Went on fine with PVA but you do need a primer on the model surfaces.

Thanks Piers. Only place I've seen the Flyhawk one is eBay, with it being posted from China.

Andy ONeill07 Dec 2017 11:12 a.m. PST

I bought two flyhawk kits on ebay from china.
Got them no problem.
Not made them yet but they look to be very nice kits.
