Ideally I'm looking for something that looks sturdy and well built, and very rugged. Something that will be used on an large asteroid mining colony. Kind of like this but without the fancy dome and maybe made to handle more crew. link Thoughts? |

This is a vehicle I made in CAD and can 3d print in any scale you would like. |

Bashy – that's a nice vehicle. Any chance I could see a picture of one you've already printed? I'd need it in 'heroic' 28mm. Thanks. |

Check Antenociti's Workshop Governance of Technology range, too: link I can get pics of the Kabardin APC and the Warthog ADV next to GW models, including some Primaris Marines (as well as next to Infinity minis) The Samsara Explorer is the unarmed version of the Moksha MRAP. |

How strong is the asteroid's gravity? You may be at risk of driving right off the rock if you go too fast. |

I think I know exactly what the OP has in mind, and I think Kurasan's Iguana would be perfect … but he only does it in 15mm … :( |

Golgoloth, that is exactly what I had in mind… I have a 15mm of it and it would be perfect. |

In any other context, I'd consider that "weird" :) I think there's something else that "might" be suitable, but IIRC it's from a boutique model maker, so perhaps pricy. It's in my bookmarks somewhere … One moment :-) |

It has to be quite a large asteroid if you can drive around on a wheeled vehicle practically. For smaller ones, surely something like this would be more appropriate: link |
