I stumbled onto this site. It has a feature (Off to the left) that allows you to search by scale and another (top of the page) that allows you to find online and brick & mortar sales sites. Sadly it doesn't have online sales itself. I figure I'd post it since people looking for scale modern civilian vehicles seem to come up fairly often. link |

Go to CVS they have cars and trucks on the small side of 28mm, but look to scale for $5.00 USD |

As Grossman says. It should also be noted that selection of these cars will vary considerably between CVS stores. And that scale is not necessarily uniform: for example, a VW bug is the same size as a garbage truck which is the same size as an ambulance. It works for the ambulance, not so much with the other two. Many of the vehicles are cars you wouldn't see too many of on the streets, like Bentleys and Lambourghinis. But some of the service vehicles like cop cars and pickups work great for 28mm scale. |
