Hello, long time lurker, first time posting. Would Osprey's The Men Who Would Be Kings rules be suitable for the Sikh Wars, or is it really designed for the Indian Mutiny and beyond?

Yep it will do the job and there are (very) basic lists in the book for the Sikh wars.
