I've emailed Battleline Miniatures (through their website) a couple of times now and the emails have bounced back both times.

Does anyone know if they are still in business? I sincerely hope so.

Does anyone know of an alternative way of reaching them? I live in the US so a phone call is not practical.

Thanks.

Statement on their website from March 2017:

…We are still here but both of us have been very busy in our other day jobs, as Battleline Miniatures is only a part-time job for us, but we have still been getting orders out. Nearly everything is cast to order these days, so it does take a little longer so I apologise about that…

Thanks. But being busy doesn't explain why emails sent to them through their website are bouncing back.

I don't mind waiting for an answer. I just have no idea if they got my emails in the first place.

I sent an email to the email address listed for them in our Manufacturers Directory, and it has not bounced back so far…

Please let me know if you get a response. TIA.

The one time I emailed back in March them with a couple of questions I got a message back from the system stating that their email server did not like my email address and so had not delivered the message to them.

At the time I just let it go, but apropos this thread I just sent the message again to see what happens this time.

I used the same email as the prior – sales@battleline-miniatures.co.nz

Am curious to see what happens.

I had ordered from them several times a few years ago, was very good service back then. Nice little figures too.

I just heard from Bryan at Battleline Miniatures. Emailing him directly worked. Still don't know why emails send through the website bounced back but he's going to looki into it.

…perhaps you could mention we are still alive and kicking and my apologies for the emails bouncing, Don't know why but I'll look into it.

I purchased a Goth army from them several years ago. Very nice figures.

As an update on my post, not only did I get a reply but in lieu of pictures of the miniatures I had inquired about he has offered to send samples.

He also offered to send a couple of chariot horses and a wheel that I had also inquired about as possible additions to a future order.

Now has me curious as to what their Han line looks like as I need to fill out some armies there as well…

Definitely on my list of places to order from.

P.S. I got my TTG Goths from Alternative Armies (to add to some Ebay acquisitions). They were running sales and offering free shipping (as well as being a bit cheaper). Definitely like the figures.
