Trying to find a bunch of 28mm Nutcracker figures, something around 2.5 inches tall.

I went to Michaels and no luck. Any ideas.

I am looking to pit them against some Chaos Dwarfs. The good guys are Toy Soldiers, Gnomes.

Have you tried checking the Dollar Stores? I saw some but I can't remember where. Maybe it was Christmas Tree Shop?
PS. – Your painted figures look great.

I haven't hit up a dollar store in quite some time. I guess it's time to look.

I found some a few years ago; I hit various drug stores and dollar type stores. Check a Hobby Lobby if you have one near you.

Why not go with the Eureka Toy Town figures?
