Dice of War.com makes some Napoleonic dice with national symbols on them for land conflicts. Some of the dice may be used for naval battles. I got two sample sets, so that gives me four dice each for Britain, Spain, France, Russia, Austria, and they now make the Ottoman Empire as well. They are six sided dice of excellent quality, but my home rules call for 20 sided dice. Still, I wanted to figure out how to use them. I experimented with "Don't Give Up the Ship" and found that if I doubled the tonnage of the target vessel, I could expect to get historically accurate casualties when basing my trials on short battles where we know the range, tonnage, poundage of guns, crew amount and casualties, as well as number of broadsides fired.
I bought my first copy in 1972, and even my second copy, from 1975, is falling apart from use! That said, a few people have put pdf copies on web.
