Modiphius is working on a role playing game with miniatures based on the universe of John Carter, better to read than to watch on your TV as the series of books is really surprising … There will be pretty miniatures to paint and a campaign to fund next December. link Main page link Amicalement Armand

I like the figures, I do not see what scale they are in though. |

Well it's a 50 mm base. Turn that on its side, and mentally measure the figure. I'd guess 90 mm. |

The figures are nice but that is NOT the Dejah Thoris of the books. |

I agree with dilettante. If that's a 50mm base, the figs look to be 70 to 75mm. |

You'll note that Tars Tarkas is on 50mm base. The nominal scale is 35mm IIRC. |

The John Carter figure is a bit too "prancy" for my taste. I get that he jumps high, but not everything translates well into miniature form. Tars looks great. I'm really looking forward to Mophidius's Fallout game (although it looks to expensive for me to really buy in at the level I'd like). This looks cool too, but for my money, Tin Man's Mars miniatures are the best. |
