Apart from Commandos did any other troops use Bergens in NWE? Also what was the ratio of Mk1/2 "Brodie" to Mk3/4 Turtle helmet use?

Some airborne troops used bergans, mostly glider pilots I think. The new helmets seem to have been issued to entire units at the same time, rare to see a mix within a unit.

Some Air Landing Infantry units were completely issued with Bergens as well, I am not sure which specific units received it. (I would like to know)
The MkIII Helmet was issued primarily to the British Normandy assault units, and the 3rd Canadian Infantry Division.
Some were issued to the 2nd and 4th Canadian's.
However there are many photographs of mixed usage within some units down to the lowest level, from D-day on.
MkIV was post war.
