I always wonder why some firms produce this kind of stuff. There is so much SCW buildings that aren't made yet instead of a pricey wine cellar

I have seen how they drink, i have drunk with them. They never needed such extravangant winecellar to do that!!

I think that this is a wine celler for the field. The place you would bottle and store the wine intill you plan to sell it.
