piper909 locked out as well – very odd.

The accounts are locked while Editor Gwen gets their bug reports, so we can address the forum problems they are reporting. She has sent emails to each of them.

She could get their bug reports if she pirvate messaged them and they hit reply.

Makes one wonder why locking their accounts is necessary to address any forum problems? Must remember never to report a bug from now on!

so if I understand correctly, you have problems accessing the forum, you report it, and in response you get temporarily shut out all together? Is that going to motivate people to highlight difficulties in future?
You already have their attention given that they have taken the time to tell you about their difficulties without being asked.

It wasn't a reboot, David, I simply 'turned off' the homepage display of forum topics while I worked on the bug fix, then turned it back on. The server is in Cleveland, I can't physically turn it on or off.

Give me the server's address. I live about an hour from Cleveland. Me and my gumbas will go "tune'm up" is you'd like !
