This was supposed to be in the Fall In 2017 program, but it was omitted. Will you accept the challenge of creating a high-quality war-game that you can fit into a single box and take on an airplane?

Question: The page the link takes you to says that the downloadable rules take precedence over the web page. The downloadable rules say the contest is at Cold Wars 2018. It that correct, or is it Fall In 2018? Since submissions aren't do until August 2018 I would guess that Fall In 2018 is correct but it could be confusing. Thanks for doing this. Michael |
