Does anybody make these in 20mm? I know BAM does it in 28mm and FoW did it in 15mm. I'm looking for famous generals and soldiers of note like Patton, Rommel, Dick Winters, etc.

A Montgomery figure is included in the Matchbox Monty's Caravan set (later made by Revell).

The Matcbox Africa Korps set has a Rommel figure link (if you can find it the original Airfix Africa Korps set's best figure was a Rommel).

Minitanks offered a nice set for their 1/87 (i.e. HO Scale) military kits, but the figures were actually larger enough to go well with 1/72 scale. It's a rare set, but can be found from time to time on ebay.

Sgt Majors Miniatures do a Patton "Guts" set, a MacArthur set, and a Panzer Meyer set.
I painted all of them a couple of years ago and they were nice figs.
