PL is a skirmish game right? Like Lion Rampant? I'd think with a battle that big you could field almost anything and not be too far off? |

Seems an awful huge battle to use Pikeman's Lament for unless you are just doing a representative slice of it. That said we have been playing Lament and we enjoy it. But our fights are more like skirmishes. |

We tend to push the envelope a bit,
usually 30-40 points per player.
had 90 points per side this Saturday. I was thinking for Vienna 120 points per side
That would give at least 20 cav units per side |

Why not use a mass battles rule set designed forvthat kind of battle? |

Everybody really enjoys the rules.
And they can handle the size of the game pretty well,
we did the same for Lion Rampant.
