Here he goes again… Had this thought. If necromunda has a separate book for campaign and 3d terrain. Then does that mean we may get a replacement book for gorka marka? 3d terrain and the campaign style are the two biggest differences between the games. Perhaps g m could have its own campaign rules and the rules for vehicles. Releasing necro this way would allow gw to release all sorts of new skirmish games also, based on the necro box set rules. Do tell what you think, or what I may have gotten wrong here. Though I am sure most would agree more games like this to be a nice thought. |

A few possibilities. Death world jungle commando fights. Gorka morka, of course. Dark elder faction battles. Chaos disputes. Tyranid packs each with 1 synapse creature but no contact with the hive mind territory clashes. |

That may be possible. Although it would also require a new board and stuff. They would most likly be skirmish and not board games. But who knows for shure. |

Isn't Space Crusade trademarked to someone else, I remember an all female stripper edition that came out recently. |
The H Man | 11 Nov 2017 1:15 p.m. PST |
That would be ironic for GW. Someone else stopping them from using a name. Was space crusade Milton Bradley? Hero quest was. |

Somebody else has the rights to it…..I believe its now an all female angels vs daemons game. Yeah, Prodos.
link No sign of the boxed game, although it may be somewhere on their site. |

Apparently Prodos abandoned the game because of the massive backlash of mockery they received when these were up for pre-order. |

I could see Gorkamorka getting another run, not least because the vehicles from the original are overdue replacements. |

What about Mordheim. That was a very fun skirmish game |
The H Man | 13 Nov 2017 11:20 p.m. PST |
Mordheim would be a bit difficult. ..considering THEY BLEW UP THE WORLD!!! …or such. Also it's a fantasy game so would not fit with 40k Sci Fi. They probobly will do an aging sick ma skirmish game if necromunda works out for them. The whole one gang/team/war band a sprue Iin a box thing is pretty copy paste. The production design and schedule for these types of games can be easily replicated. I wouldn't be surprised if GW has adedicated team for just these ttypes of games. |

Space Crusade was a dual GW/MB production (it bore both sets of logos – GW on front, MB on back of box). GW made the plastic meeples. MB produced the rest of it, and the marketing to get it into stores EVERYWHERE (something GW could not do). GW still probably holds the rights on the marines/csm/orks figures, but the game part is probably no so much theirs anymore. |

I was sort of fond of my Ash Nomads back in the day. The Ash Waste rules have the potential for development. |
The H Man | 23 Nov 2017 6:19 p.m. PST |
Maybe instead of (or as well as) a gorka moka supplement they could do an ash wastes mad Max style one. Think of all the buggies and bikes tearing through the ash in the shadow of the hive. The ground alive, peppered with explosions and gun fire. Gangers jumping from one vehicle to another, replacing their own lost crew or slaughtering the enemies…. Could be fun. |
