43 drill uniform

agreed! I like the SS figures but i'm holding out for regular Heer.

Cardinal Hawkwood09 Nov 2017 7:25 p.m. PST

I am thinking 43 SS drill uniform that matches these.

Cardinal Hawkwood09 Nov 2017 7:26 p.m. PST

and too many caps in these

christot11 Nov 2017 10:36 a.m. PST

2 caps out of 15 figures is too many?

I wanted the range to be genuinely Waffen SS. That's why all the figures wear a robe. I am working on support weapons and officers of this same range, but also on other LFD, HEER with jackets, zeltvant or smoocks with hood. But I do not understand many caps.
Best wishes:

Reckon your fine with that mix Xan, the 43 cap a definite part of the look for the period.
Handsome :)

For these Waffen SS, I think of Normandy or Kurks. Most photos show troops with helmets. But I love them with a cap. I did not do more with the M43 feldmutze, because I thought the fans would not like it very much.
Thank you very much Leon, I really like the ranges you are doing. I think that the more good minis there are in the market, the better for the fans. They can mix or choose what they like most about each one, but in any case, it will favor the 1/72 scale.

Quite right Xan, the more good stuff around the more attractive the scale hopefully and the size of the market grows so each of our little slices of the cake is worth a little more……………so we can eat cake as well! :) ( and Tapas :)

Oh Yes, Spanish "Tapas" Not caps.

picture

Cap in spanish is tapa, tapón. But also exquisite delicacies, placed on a glass of wine, that is why "Tapas" in English cover, lid, cap …..

I live in Northen Spain, Atlantic zone.
The gastronomy is very different, and the climate also. I live in the Northwest of the province of León, 30 km from Galicia.
You have visited the South and Madrid. Where the funniest Spanish live.

Ah the 'green' bit of Spain :) Its on my list of 'must visit'. Yes I imagine the northern vs south rivalry is the same in Spain as it is in the UK lol.
Bet the food is just as yummy :)
