I was just glancing at the uniforms of the British 9th Lancers, converted in 1820, and thought, "it was just five years…..are there any miniatures in 15mm that could be used to paint them for hypothetical 1814-15 use? I thought the Minifigs Crimean lancers would probably do the trick….but has anyone else considered the potential for importing units that just missed The Big One into your collection in some mishmash of the historic and the hypothetical? |

Saxon Uhlans? British Light Dragoons have a very similar look to the Saxon light horse. |

No. Just the Brusnwickers. The British had a French emigre lancer unit in the 1790s |
