Wow, those new windows look great!

Only in our hobby of grumbling grumpy grognards could you hear someone complain that they took what was the worst basement like hellhole and made it open and airy and bright and well lighted and modern and clean and complain that the huge new windows will make it too hot inside. I actually heard a few people complain about that. The changes in the convention hall were frankly unexpected and stunning. I have been one of the loudest detractors of The Host and for good reason, and I will confidently say the changes they made to the hall are outstanding and spectacular. It will go from being one of the worst spaces to one of the nicer ones I've seen.

Those windows will be getting blinds….. or so I was told.

Lord Ashram08 Nov 2017 6:03 a.m. PST

Yeah, no issues with the windows except the aforementioned blinding sunlight at dusk in certain spots. The place looked nice… oh, and the bathroom! Lord almighty, my eyes welled with tears when I saw it in all its beautiful glory!
