I recently got a Company B ambulance and I was wondering what color I should paint it and would the tarp roof be the same? I want to use it in a Operation Sealion scenario.

I'd go with the colour in the picture on the site, a brownish green. The tarp roof would probably be slightly lighter. I think that the model you have was mostly used in the desert however given that it is based on the Chevrolet truck which is the same as the LRDG ones, which were locally sourced rather than bought direct from the US. Most regular army ambulances would be the Austin K2 variant which Perry miniatures do in their British metal WW2 range (their own not the Blitzkrieg range).
