I'd like to give you a big thank you and thumbs up. The tables matched up so much better than the old ones that often had alignment and height issues. It made my terrain sit much smoother than in some previous cons where I had badly mismatched tables.

Than you for great tables and a great convention!

Agreed. For the first time in a while I didn't ruin a shirt (at times a polo shirt VE) or sweater due to splinters or staples.

Thank you.

They were all brand new and plenty of extra pallets of them.
I agree, kudos.

I think the chairs were all new too. First thing I noticed were all the new level tables and clean new chairs. Excellent.

Agreed. The new tables are fantastic!

historygamer05 Nov 2017 9:57 a.m. PST

Amen, brethren, amen!
Let us praise highly the wisdom and judgment of those responsible!
Let us sing hosannahs to the improvements in the games they made!
And now we shall read from The Book of Armaments….

YES!!! I did not like the bevel which became a trench when pushed together for depth. A little masking tape will help that….no big deal. Also the light popped off of unused tables. It was not as dinghy as in previous events.

Yea! New tables, loved them, thanks Board of Directors!

New Tables were great!
They did create a gap though.
GMs or HMGS need to bring masking tape

Aside from the new tables a big shout out to whomever turned on all the lights (finally!!!) in the Distlefink this year.

I think over the many years I have been attending cons at the Host, the valence lights in the room were on maybe once, maybe twice. It really helped make a difference in there this past weekend.

No more sticking pieces of pizza box under some of the table legs to even them up! What will I do now for fun?
