Do you prefer to field them as a separate army, as a faction within a larger coalition, as mercenaries? Or not at all? |

I have my Beast Men in tribes which can become units in an army whether all beastmen or mixed with other types as needed. x42 |

Black, strong and with a ball-busting attitude … just like … ya can guess the rest ,-) |

I like fielding them as a separate army and as a faction within a larger coalition. They were bought with the intention of being a part of a larger army and just sort of got out of control. I guess that is what they do. |

Well, the ones I painted have mostly gone to Santa Moe for Toys for Tots I see them as part of either another army or mercenaries |

Lubricated. There's *ALWAYS* time for lubrication, as someone wise once so movingly put it :-) |

That really just makes no sense. I paint mine mostly shades of brown with the occasional odd member in the herd. They can be an army of their own race, spawns of evil, or a mad wizard's mutated creations. |

I had a pure beastman army, I think it should be an option, so they should have a full roster of character and troop choices but I think they should be available in other lists. I always found my beastmen to be pretty weak in play. Poor leadership mainly but also bad armor saves. Sculpted by Bob Olley or Tom Meir or Julie Guthrie of course. |

Very old school so they form part of a 'chaos' army – though I don't think they have ever actually fought as I don't really do fantasy these days. |

They could be any of the three options in the OP. |

They are beasts and men. Beastmen. |

Salty, but not too salty. A hint of garlic and olive oil… or maybe mesquite BBQ sauce. |

Model wise I'm eyeing the Ral Partha Fantasy Armies ones and wondering if they'll ever get a full re-release. I know Ral Partha Europe has them but the shipping is a bit high. I'll be needing the Bob Olley Minotaurs from Forlorn Hope as well. I miss my beastmen but I don't miss trying to get them to rank up. |
