From Kozcon, It's Hundred Years War English vs. Timurid Persians.
25mm l' Art de la Guerre.

Henry V's army has been maneuvering around the French for 6 weeks.
As St. Crispin's day approaches, there is the sound of horns and horses.
The French have arrived.
But not to worry though, Harry has a speech!

Game System: L'Art de la Guerre, about 200 points per side.

Now that is a battle that I had not thought about!

Great fun – lots of back and forth

Thanks for the report. It was thorough without being tedious – interesting! Of course, I was cheering for the English.

Thanks Earl. I am trying more for the story line with these instead of the usual back and forth. I find giving names to the figures helps.

I have a question for the group. I have a number of these battle reports posted here, and one of the reasons I do this is to study why some articles get clicked on, while other do not. In this case, I have the linked article above, of a battle report titled simply "Hundred Years War English vs. Timurid Persians." At the same point I posted another, "Rus vs Nikephorian Byzantine". The differences between the number of clicks is about 30%. This is a marked difference.

I would take it as a favor if any of you can explain why you clicked on this article, but not the other. By my google stats this is about 200 of you.

Thanks,
Phil

Interested in how the HYW English play in the French Game.

I don't play HYWE, but the Longbow in the Anglo-Irish list does very well.
