I'm getting into a Sharp Practice AWI campaign and have need of a Priest and and a Physician figure in 25/28mm. Anyone have any suggestions? I've seen the Reaper Reverend Grimm figure and it's a little too modern for AWI in my opinion.

Foundry has a SYW era minister that would do the job. I'm guessing that Old Glory might have the doctor in its Pirates or Governors range.

Redoubt Miniatures has both priests and reverends in their ECW range.
I think they also have a "surgeon" in that line as well.

Warlord also has a field surgeon in their Pike & Shot line.

Warlord has some useful clerics in the ECW range…

There is an armed Reverend at Galopping Major Miniatures. Although FIW the figure can be used for AWI: There were some traditionally minded ministers.
The same applies to a figure by Black Hurrar Miniatures: originally a chaplain of the Prussian Army, he can be used as a minister 25 years later.

Of course it is Black Hussar Miniatures, sorry. I apologize for the misprint.

The Foundry Pirates range has a pack (CUT014) that includes a chap with a book clutched to his chest (preacher), a guy with a satchel (doctor), and a man swigging from a bottle (remove his base and lay him on a table and hey, presto! – a patient). There's also a one-legged cook with a mighty cleaver that could easily be converted to a saw.

Also, bear in mind that (a) ECW fashions would be 100 years out of date by 1775, and (b) during this period, clergymen (certainly the day-to-day jobbing types) generally did NOT wear black, as it was a very expensive dye to make and keep fast.

I decided to make a Reverend figure by converting a figure from the Wargames Factory AWI Militia Box. So here is what I ended up with, also shown next to a commercially available figure gifted to me by a wargaming buddy.

Meet Reverend Hal E. Looya, ready to bring salvation to the defenders of Liberty and Freedom and Damnation to those who oppose them. It was said where ever he would stop to preach, flowers would soon grow afterward.

In that era, a Catholic priest would likely be in a robe, so you could use a figure from a much earlier era if you find one you like. An Anglican pastor could look more like a common person or more of a gentleman. A preacher from one of the newer Protestant groups (puritans, Baptists, Quakers, etc.) would be dressed more like a common person in clothing without embellishments (and clean shaven). You might even find an Old West figure that fits the bill.
