I placed an order with the War Store recently with the War Store and it was processed quickly, with good communication on the status. I received the order within a couple of days. Excellent!

I've been ordering from them for years, and agree, Neal was great, but this year, my orders seem to fall through the cracks. Maybe GW opening up the gates was too much of a good thing?

Got to agree with you. I'm to the point where I have stopped using The Warstore. My last three orders had many missing items because they were 'out of stock.' However, the website continued to show them as in stock. My latest order took over three months to finally fill some of the out of stock items. I continue to wait for one item.

I've had the same issue with items showing on the store as in stock, only to end up being back ordered. More than half of my current order is being back ordered and is holding up the rest of my items.

I know it'll show up eventually.

This first started when the web site was updated a couple of years back.

Hi guys. First, thanks for the kind comments. They mean a lot to us.

Secondly, we are aware that customer service has not been up to our usual standard. Some of that has been due to manufacturers and distributors changing products and policies midstream. It disrupts everything.

The much larger issue affecting inventory levels and customer service was the discovery of a large theft of inventory by former employees in April of this year. This theft occurred over a period of 2 years. This is currently in the hands of the authorities. We are working to restore our level of customer service to the standard that we and our customers expect of us. We are also working to restore our inventory levels to the necessary level, as well as training new staff. Unfortunately, this takes time. If you have questions about a specific order, please contact us directly and we will be happy to run it down for you.

Again, thanks for for bearing with us during this incredibly difficult time. We hope to have the worm hole back up and running by Black Friday.
