Recently I have two cases, that my mails to buyers about sending the figures comes back.
"Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender – User unknown."
One to Australia and one to Italy.

How this may be possible?
I think, that as PayPal inform their users about transactions, these mails supposed to return to PayPal also and trigger alarm.

Had that myself and found out in one case that the user had changed his e-mail addy without informing PayPal. In one other case the message was false and the message had been delivered. Have had some that never got through though and just had to wait until the customer contacted me by other means.

My favourite are the ones who never check their PayPal linked e-mail and then moan because you haven't contacted them.
