I have done a fairly extensive search for such a figure (kit or complete), but failed to find one. Has anyone any information on such a figure? Or one close to it, such as a Victorian female missionary, or, I suppose, even a female "cowgirl". Needs to definitely be nineteenth century, so all the fantasy figures are out. Thanks! |

Marx did a smallish 54mm plastic female "Big Game Hunter" in their African Safari sets. She wore a pith helmet and had an elephant gun tucked under her arm. I have seen recasts of this figure in loose plastic toy soldier "bins" at toy soldier shows. You can also occasionally find them for sale on eBay. |

Great suggestion! There is a remolded edition for sale, although it doesn't look too detailed, certainly not as good as Nick's picture. I was hoping to find a figure to use with the expansion for CONGO. Thanks for the responses. |
