The ships lower decks were starting to shudder, the remnants of the World Eaters on board were fleeing the ever increasingly numerous Blood Angles and Captain Fobures needed to get to the escape pods quickly.

His escort of troops split up and all three groups went down three different corridors. As expected the larger groups drew the most attention and the terminators and assault troops went after the tactical squad and the veterans respectively.

Turning a corner Fobures almost ran smack into a rampager squad, he made way for them and they went screaming past to smash into the Terminators who had just quickly ripped their way through the tactical squad.

Through the tunnels Fobures ran. Blood Angels were coming down stairwells and into the tunnels but each time a World Eater squad intercepted them and Fobures ran on.

One more corner and the escape pod would be dead ahead. Shots rang out behind him and bolter shells careened off of this armour, some taking some flesh and chunks of ceramite with them.

He was tipped off balance and slammed into the bulkhead opposite but recovered quickly and went on.

Turning the last corner he made it into the hallway with the escape pod dead ahead. Nothing was between him and the pursuing squad of terminators except the turn of the corridor.

He slammed his first into the door release of the first airlock door and ran in. The terminator squad just made it around the corridor turn as and opened fire as he opened the second door, a shell smashed into the back of his helmet and blasted his brains all over the inside of the escape pod. Fobures fell forward, his attempt to escape stopped at the very last second.

Fantastic looking game. You are getting a lot of mileage out of those space corridors.

Thanks, Kim. I have managed to get a lot of use out of the corridors. I will probably buy a few more rooms soon. I just finished the last of the special locations, which was the escape pod.

It has problems when gaming. If you aren't careful about how you set it up you end up with a giant mosh pit in one place. I probably need a few more corridor pieces in addition to some of the bigger rooms.

I really like them and will try them with Necromunda, for which I think they will work much better than 40K. I have yet to use them with Infinity, mostly because I haven't played Infinity since I got them..

I also want to add I like the 30K vibe with the World Eaters in their pre-heresy paint scheme and Mark IV armor. Blood Angels and World Eaters are just made for going toe to toe with one another.

Thanks guys! It was a fun game. The nice thing is that the Blood Angels had 'modern' armour at the siege of Terra so my buddy can use his army as is.
