I've always ordered from Eric and never had a problem… until this summer, that is. I ordered a mat and it never arrived (funny, since I am located in Canada and I believe Hotz Artworks is as well). I sent Eric a message and got a reply in July that he would send a replacement. Well, that's the last I've heard from him and I've sent three emails since then… have I been fleeced? I would love to stay a Hotz Mat customer and have another big order lined up, but I am a little afraid to send it off if I havent even heard back about 3 month old missing products… has anyone spoken to Eric recently, and if there is no better means of reaching him, could someone get in touch for me?

Eric lives in Vancouver (well, unless he's moved since I spoke to hjim last). I just read a TMP'er praising him to the heavens for his service. He's up and down, I have no reason to think you are being fleeced.

If you paid via PayPal, you can still probably file a claim,same with most credit cards.

I'd prefer to have my mat though… and to buy more in the future as well. I'm kind of curious about what "runs hot and cold" actually means though… does that mean I'll never see my order?

Well surprise me, the mats arrived today after all! Still no message from Mr. Hotz and a few months late (the post mark says October 6), but the mats look great and I am a happy customer again! I'll be sending a follow-up order soon!
