Good job! I have a soft spot for the Boxer Rebellion myself. We also use The Sword and the Flame rules.

Now that Blue Moon has their fantastic range, I really want to game the Boxer Rebellion. It's an interesting coincidence that I am here now reading that very old book "China and the Allies, vol 1."

I think I'll start with collecting Boxers and Imperial troops that conveniently can fight each other, then move on to the gweilo.

Not to mention that Boxer especially make nice Tongs, river pirates and so forth for pulp games. Hmmm, if I can add a six shooter to a couple of figures I can have another Old West faction.

Properly scaled Boxer game – though it could be a tad larger these days with the aforementioned new Blue Moon range.

I've just yesterday placed orders for more goodies for my own growing Boxer event. And at least one more order in the offing. I did the Legation Deal shortly after it was announced – and have just ordered enough to create a version of the missing German Legation. The Austrian and Italian shall be represented by ruins, as will the Fu. The Su will be a bit more of a challenge. Also ordered what should be the last of my figures for the period – all told will come out a bit shy of 2,500 including casualty figures (YEAH, BLUE MOON!) and horses (for outside of Peking) and civilians, both European and Chinese.

As also alluded, most of the figures for this war can be used in other ways. My 'extra' civilians will migrate into my Old West games.

I like that it gives forces for eight European nations. And then differing factions of Boxers, Imperial forces, and regular forces for the Chinese. Great diversity.

Now how the heck am I going to build my Tartar Wall?

Good game and photos.
