Comments or corrections?

Have been ordering from QRF for years when scale creep doesn't have the correct stuff. Ordered some models 6 Sept and haven't heard anything. Sent and e-mail and contacted them through their store last week with no response. Anyone know if there is an issue?

I spoke to Chaz a few weeks ago and they are in the process of moving location so I would persevere

Never had a problem with them in the past. I'd definitely give them the benefit of the doubt

I have bought very large quantities from them in the past and have never had a problem with service from them.

As their US dealer, agreed. Occasionally a tad slow, 100% reliable. Sleep easy at nitgh, your toys will show up!

Agree with you all that in my dealings with them in the past have had no problems. So this is unusual. Perhaps it is moving locations. Will give it some more time.

I placed an order with them in July. They short shipped it & didn't respond to emails. Turns out they were on holiday.

They came back in September, said they would remedy it & have not responded to 2 emails since.

If they are moving, like one of the other posters stated, it seems they have their priorities everywhere except in running a business.

At this point I'm just hoping to get my money back… and perhaps their web site should say something like "Will ship when we get around for it, thanks for finding my holiday & my move."

Wizbang,

I hear you and I am concerned. I have ordered from them multiple times over the last three years without a hitch so I am hopeful it is a personal crisis that will resolve soon.
You have waited longer than I so if you used Paypal might want to take it up with them. I will hold out a little longer.

Joe, my delinquent package finally arrived yesterday. According to the postage they mailed it 5 days ago. Still no word from them telling me it was on the way. Hopefully that means yours is coming soon.

Sent a third e-mail and this was responded too. Said they had been answering my e-mails. ( I have no record of their answering.) They said they would re send. We will see.

Good news bad news.
Received my order from 6 Sept yesterday which is good news. Only 8 of the 9 vehicles I ordered showed up which is the bad news. I know it wasn't on purpose but now I wonder how much longer before the french get their APCs.
