It was mentioned in the thread about the Host that the vendor hall is being renovated. The entrance will now be located on the side where the golf building had been, the balcony entrance is gone. Because of the new entrance location and some changes in the overall floor space, the floorplan was changed so the aisles face the entrance, basically rotated 90 degrees. |

Sad face. No Eureka USA, no GAJO. Re the change in layout, with a bad back I have been driving down and parking in the handicap spots on the south side of the tennis barn. The door (was) right where On Military Matters booth ended. Sounds like more, but shorter aisles with the change, running N/S than East/West?of course with this access change, I wonder what impact it will have on the dealers parking. They used to encroach on the handicap aisle and some always blocked the aisles for access. |

Dear Dealers, I will be stopping by and asking if you will be willing to donate any items for our Toys for Tots charity raffles, (one Friday and one Saturday) so please when packing up or setting stuff up keep us in mind and set a little something aside for this event, And yes it's okay to say "No", we know most vendors are small mom and pop shops with slim margins so if it's not a good year, just keep us in mind for next year. It's our 13th year running the event and we would have never made it this far without the vendors, the gamers, the volunteer painters, HMGS, Hobby U and the WNPG guys. I look forward to seeing you all in a few weeks. Thank you and safe travels to Fall In! Santa Moe

No Thoroughbred, I was hoping to see some of their 1/1200 ships. |

I wonder if Eureka will be sharing with Age of Glory again this time around? |
Disco Joe | 10 Oct 2017 4:24 p.m. PST |
I was hoping that Thoroughbred would be there with some new 1/600 ships like he has been promising for about a year now. |

Custosarmorum, from what I've been told Eureka will not be with Age of Glory this show. |
HMS Exeter | 12 Oct 2017 2:52 p.m. PST |
I don't think Viking Forge is going to be coming. |
capncarp | 12 Oct 2017 7:23 p.m. PST |
53 or so vendors coming; that sounds like a decent number. |

If I'm not mistaken, Eureka did not attend Fall In last year either. Still, looks like plenty of venders to check out, as well as Santa Moe and Wally. |

Thanks, jtkimmel. I will miss Rob and his many excellent products! |

I hope BTC will have trees. I need to get more for games I am running. Love their trees. |

If I remember correctly the reason that Eureka wasn't there last year was because Rob and his wife were on a cruise so he couldn't attend. Not sure why he will not be there this year though. |

Dan, maybe you could clear something up for me. At the top of this thread it lists 53 dealers for the con. On the HMGS website which states that it was updated yesterday it lists only 42 dealers. My question is which one is correct? And if it is correct on the HMGS website which lists only 42 dealers than how exactly does that make it full? |
jtkimmel | 18 Oct 2017 9:58 a.m. PST |
Disco Joe, the one on the HMGS site is earlier by a few weeks but was updated yesterday due to a cancellation. I will send them an updated list to post, and update this one as well. My apologies for the confusion. |
