I am looking for a late war flak gun in 20mm to place in a flak tower/bunker. First, recommendations whether it should be a 37mm or a 20mm Quad? Second, recommendations on a 20mm-scale model to use? |

I also thought a twin 37mm might work. This is to be beside a V-1 site. |

My research so far suggests that there weren't any flak emplacements at V-1 sites, and certainly not flak towers. Can never say never, of course, so go with what you want, it's your game after all. |

It's more a concrete emplacement. Of course it's largely for the visual appeal. Thanks for all the advice. |

Italeri have a gun set 7026 with the following The 75mm Pak 40, the 37mm Pak 37 and the quad 20mm anti-aircraft. Which is a re-release of an earlier Esci kit: link Notice that the AA gun in question is mounted on a trailer for transport, so to actually use it in a firing position would require scratch-building a proper base for it. Zvezda also produces a single-barrel version of the gun, which is mounted on a proper base for firing: link |
