There were three 6ft by 24ft tables in that game, not our usual table size though.

There is two missing from your list:

Scenarios for Wargames (1981) and Programmed Scenarios for Wargames (1985?), I can't see the date in the second voulme.

Published in the UK by the Wargames Research Group and heavily influenced by the TTT articles.
