While I will probably stick with TSATF for colonial skirmish games, I am somewhat intrigued by references to the above in some of the reviews and game reports.

I presume this function is for solo gamers or where all players are on the "regular" side? I ws wondering if it was worth picking up a set of TMWWBK just for that aspect?

Any thoughts?

I play against Mr Babbage every now and then (or I would if he ever turned up!) and it can be fun, though he definitely plays to win.

Its a simple set of rules and tables to roll on that determines the arrival, type and actions of the opposing units. Seems to work…
