Can anyone help me with the belt area of the second model from the left? I'm not really sure what I should be painting the semi circles hanging down as. Is it fabric, metal, just rope?
Thanks. |

I don't know but this is a box of levy infantry. It's not going to be something expensive like metal armour. It might be textile armour. It's difficult to understand just what this is from the picture |

I would suggest it might be leather, sort of some kind of ptruges. |

Is it just the tunic rucked up under the belt? |

If you go on to Lurkio's site at lurkio.co.uk and select the levy infantry from the FOG Battle Groups option, you can see a rear view of the figures as well. Unfortunately that just makes it even more confusing as to what they are supposed to be wearing; but if anything it looks like some sort of decorated belt. |

Why not just send Simon (Lurkio) an email and ask? He's always been very responsive to my questions. |

I was in a hurry to find the answer and asking online seemed quicker than email. I ended up going with the leather suggestion and did the loops a leather colour. They're finished just waiting for me to pick a basing colour scheme. |
