A beautiful game although I don't care for the size.

Nice looking game. Thanks for sharing.

I agree. And I love the size!

I know it can be a pain, especially with a group effort like this, but it would be helpful to identify the figure makers. In this case, I'm guessing mostly Pendraken?

Nice looking battle using my favourite size of figures for most periods.
I play a lot of LoA and WSS games using Pendraken figures and Twilight of the Sunking rules, from Pike and Shot Society, which are ideal for this size of battle. A two base unit represents either a brigade of around 2000 infantry or an infantry regiment of around 1000, with cavalry units half that number of men.

Tried to link to pic on my One Drive of Neerwinden 1693, no joy. Need direct photo upload on this site!

Dave: that's unlikely to happen, mainly due to bandwidth issues, apparently. Try tinypic.com, as Condotta recommended here:

I did,and it's really easy,if you follow his walk-through. And it's free.

I really want to see some pics of your 10's!

Thank you for all the kind comments gentlemen.

Hafen von Schlockenberg: The majority of the figures are indeed Pendraken, with some Old Glory infantry among the British. There are also a number of units from a Spanish or Italian manufacturer who had a stand at the Sheffield Triples about 10 years or so ago, I'm afraid I don't know the name.

Thanks. I have Old Glory myself, mostly--I find the strips faster to paint, and less fiddly to handle.

BTW, I had a conversation with Russ Dunaway at this year's Historicon, during which he reflected that the 10's are still selling well, and that he should get back to them,at some point.

He's completely immersed in the Blue Moons at the moment, of course, and for some time to come; unsurprising, given the sales. But at least there's a gleam of hope.
