Is it just me, or do these seem not up to their usual standards? |

I agree they don't look up to their usual standards. And why were they posted to the French and Indian Wars Message Board when they are titled Fabled Realms? |

@Disco Joe, Well, as Marc said, wooden forts. I have to say that the wooden watchtower and pointed stake log walls look very much like a fort from the French & Indian War time period. So I would call those pieces as being flexible for either fantasy or historical. |

The standard looks the same. The pitfall is that log forts made out of flat laser-cut mdf look like lumber-yard forts made out of sections of picket fence. It's just the wrong medium for the subject. |

I was looking at this yesterday and thought it looked strange but it was several minutes before I realised that the problem was the 'flat' effect of the logs! No sale I'm afraid. :-( |

Got these as part of the kick starter, they are great, they all fit in multiple ways and also there is a number of buildings, I think Brodenborg or something, and they also fit. The stone part of the fort slots perfectly into each other. It allows a great varity with the "lonely tower" from the kickstarter. I do agree that the flat effect of the logs is a bit off putting but the idea of not painting and just gluing the thing together leaves me more time to paint figurs. |
