I picked up my order from Three Armies, it ended up in the post office yesterday, a mere 8 days after shipping. While I generally feel shipping from the UK has gotten faster the last year or so(with most now showing up before the fortnight mark)8 days is very very good. |

I am so looking forward to their British releases. Figures at rest/at ease are few and far between… |

Three armies is very promising. Fast and efficient, affordable and good figures. I ordered twice from them, and very pleased each time. |

Thanks for the thumbs up guys, I'm doing my best. The orders should take no more than a week to dispatch as I get castings every week from my caster. I try to hold good stocks. Of course one of the perils of an expanding range is you cant hold huge numbers of everything. For the moment though this is not a problem. And FYI MOST of the sales here are outside the UK and I try to get those out as a priority. |

Likewise, I placed my order on 10/1, and received it (in the US) on 10/7! Now THAT's fast! There were even some additional free samples enclosed, too. Just a few days left before the price goes up and the free shipping ends, so if you've been considering ordering from them.. do it NOW! |

Yes, I'm placing my second order very soon to get in before the increase in price. |

Just heard about these figures and they look very nice. But the 15 quid cost of shipping to Spain means no Spanish battalion pack for me. |

Wait until we leave the EU…..let's see what that does for cross channel trade. I love my Irish passport me……. |

Deadhead, I'm sure frictionless trade in wargames figures is right at the top of the government's agenda. But to get closer to the subject of the thread, the Three Armies standing French are truly wonderful figures. Even with my old fashioned painting style (Humbrol enamels and no shading) they look brilliant. They have real character. Looking forward to the standing British. |

Oh how right you are about Norway…..and it is an arrangement that the UK aspires to. It is worth looking at the membership of this forum and see how much GB members contribute (note difference GB and UK….it is so complicated). Currently personal imports of figures from Oz and USA can prove not just expensive to post (but postage…I'll live with that) customs import duties (OK, life is like that) then held by our postage system in UK until duty paid (extra charge)…..please collect from the local holding system (many miles away and we are closed five days a week and on strike at present) God bless Ireland |
