Those are lovely figures but, whatever it says on the website, they are not Bavarian gunners from 1870-71. The Bavarians were still wearing the Raupenhelm in 1870-71,and didn't adopt the pickelhaube (I suppose, in the case of artillery, that would be kugelhelm) until much later, in 1886/67.
