Howdy folks,

I finally took some pics of some Imperial Assault figures that I managed to get painted up last month…as always, I made ample use of the tutorial videos from Sorastro's Painting…

I'm pretty happy with the results, I've taken the bold step of buying the Twin Shadows expansion…although I think it's more for the mini's than anything else…

anyway, take care all, enjoy the pics, thanks for the views and any comments.

Cheers.

Nice work Stan, like those differing droids.

Thank you…I'm really impressed with how the shade over the silver left such a subtle tone…I really like the results

I especially like the droid in the middle. Nice choice of palette to compliment the base!

Thanks Piper…I was really impressed with how the shade took to the base colour, I kind of expected it to take over and overwhelm the detail…but it left a really nice tone. And, I'm a bit of a sucker for the Hoth and Tattoine inspired basing…

Cheers.
