Given the lack of armour, wouldn't they just be described as "harquebusiers"? They certainly aren't cuirassiers, not for this period at least.

Actually they are spot on for Imperial Cuirassiers in the period which they are designed for which is the 1657-1660 intervention in the Swedish-Polish war which saw Imperial troops campaign in Poland, Denmark and Swedish Pommerania.
