It's cynical and suspicious of me, but I'm hearing the comment on Evan's reconstruction of Knossos: "hypotheses in reinforced concrete, and no less shaky for all that." But it will be much cheaper to update the VR when classical Athens changes again. |

That's pretty exciting. I'm perfectly prepared to accept any detail as conjectural and still enjoy the sights. I certainly wouldn't recommend tourists standing in front of the actual ruins with VR glasses on their face. That's a great way to lose your wallet and passport…. |
