Okay, here is a question: Can a techmarine repair a vehicle he's riding in? I can't see any reason why not. How about an Apothecary, can he heal figures while they are both inside a transport? Again, I can't see any reason why not.

There does not appear to be a rule that would prohibit such. I think this falls under what is responsible and makes sens. I could see the tech Marine issue being a common occurrence. The Apothecary perhaps less so.

I would think that is one of the reasons to have a tech marine. Also as the vehicle is mist likely attached to his unit, would he not repair his own transport? While in transit though, I am not so sure, although macgyver did work under the hood of a speeding car after first having to leave his seat.

With the apothecary I would assume it may be easier for him to carry out his function in a vehicle, road conditions may prove variable, but he is out of fire and has power and supplies to utilize.

I thought mounted models could take no actions? Time for me to read the rules again, I guess.

If that's the case, I feel sorry for the rough riders.

Looking at the transport rules more carefully, I see that my little idea isn't allowed. :)
