I have changed the methodology of my campaign. I used to post the player record sheets showing all the resources on Society of Daisy, but people don't seem to be able to handle elecontrics. I then tried sending them out by e-mail and half the people forgot about them.

My problem with sending it out by snail mail was the cost of printing essentially 144 ful color sheets (About $60 USD per turn) and so I worked on it and got it down to simply one sheet for each player which is cheaper and easier to do at home.

I realize this is a retrograde step to some but it is more efficient.

I have devised a method of transmitting the sheets of all the players to all the players.

From now on I will be mailing each player his record sheet when all moves engendered by the last Intentions turn are resolved. This is what I did yesterday so your record sheets should be wending their way to you. This will have ALL of your resources shown and a running tab of your intentions. This will also show what cards are in the bank.

On the BACK of the sheet  (11" by 17") will be a table of the resources of ALL players in the game so you can see the status of everyone, PLUS a synopsis and result of each action engendered and pointers to battle reports if you want detailed reports of either the analytical battle or the purple prose report or both.

This will be far more efficient than electronic transmission which is rather hit or miss, and it also will be a signal that new intentions are due.

I think this will work nicely for all.
