I plan on using these rules for US versus Plains Indians Wars. Are there any rules changes people recommend when playing this time period. I understand these rules are not the most historicaly accurate for these rules. |

The author himself published some tweaks specifically for the Indian wars in an issue of Wargames Illustrated. Other than that, if you want a more accurate representation of Indian tactics I recommend making 'skirmish', rather than 'attack', the free action for mounted plains Indians. |

Thanks for the heads up on that Nick! I downloaded those today off the FB page. Good stuff there! NEW ACTIONS
Mount/Dismount & Evade. SENIOR LEADERS, FIRING WHILE MOUNTED, GO TO GROUND & FIELDCRAFT (rule amendment). TROOP TYPES
Crewed Weapons can be limbered for movement (the latter using pack mules) at increased speed (p39 of draft rules) & New attributes for US CAV, US INFANTRY, PLAINS INDIANS & MOUNTAIN TRIBES. OSL2000, If you wanna, post your email & I'll send them to ya, if you don't do FB. It's a Word Doc, but since I'm on a Mac, a Text Edit file now!
