I am very sorry and unhappy that so many of my friends have suffered such ire for merely supporting me. I am sure that whatever they said in a paroxysm of emotion.

I do not Know what Cacique Caribe has said, but I plead mercy for him because what he said was done in friendship. Please unlock him.

As for my self I was dawghoused for five days and I shall not come out. Therefore. you Bill, may re-dawghouse me for the remaining four days of my sentence, or for another whole full sentence, or for a month or till Kingdom Come for that matter.

I said to those friends who contacted me privately the following.

I clearly meant to attack Winston -- the motive was in my heart. There is no misunderstand as I found Winston's post egregious, insulting and spiteful, and not to me, but to Tango. I felt the charge was totally unjust to Tango and, as Tango is still in the dawghouse, I determine to go back and join him. If he could contact me at sigured@eclipse.net maybe we can get up a nice game of chess.

There is no misunderstanding. Winston Smith and I mutually detest each other and each has been well informed by common friends of the others attitude. This is a fact of life.

Nevertheless the rules are the rules and I do not expect to be exempted from them. I am not sorry for what I did. One is called upon in life to suffer for ones opinions and stand up for ones friends. and suffering for the sake of right is not a shame but an honor. Especially is suffering for ones friends.

There is no need for Winston to share my incarceration or plead for me. There is no need for him to do this. I can only feel several friends have been punished for my sake and there fore I shall accept the sentence.

If Winston wishes to alter the present relationship then so be it. Anything in this world is possible. I come on here to talk about war games, listen to new ideas and occasionally have a good nock-down drag out with McLaddie and others. However I am a despicable soul, a vile person. I defend my friends, and I speak when I think a wrong has been done, and worst of all those who attack my country and faith push buttons that engage my passions. These are passions on which I have no "safteys"

So do what you wish Bill. I reject my ejection from the Dawghouse and will sequester myself from TMP for the five days, or however many you may wish to lock me out for.

I do, before going ask mercy on Cacique Caribe. I shall be back in a four days or whenever.

PS. I can't imagine who these "mutual friends" might be. Nobody has conveyed to me your detestation of me. I have told a few who are acquainted with you what I think of you, but I don't consider them the type to carry tales back and forth. I could be wrong.
