I supported their Kickstarter for the 30 Years War Spanish Tercio Army in 28mm which successfully funded. All seemed to be OK until shipment. They used VERY cheap packing and a third of my miniatures fell out in transit and vanished. They promised to replace them (back in April) but no minis ever arrived. I threatened to complain on this board back in July and that got a response from them with excuses and I have not heard anything since. Just wanted for everyone to be aware that these folks may be "runners" and to be wary of any dealings with them if they surface again. |

Mine got loose from some of the individual packaging, but not the box they were shipped in. Sorry to hear about your experience. |

I had one of the bags tear, they were poor quality, otherwise it was a great experience. Sorry to hear yours was bad. |

Mine got to New Zealand with only some minor damage to the bubble bag they were in. I was a bit disapointed when I saw the means of packing, but the figures were actually ok when I got them out. I have heard a couple of people say about poor quality packing when their figures eventually arrived. I wonder if the handlers during transit were more the problem? However, not getting the response promised to fix the problem, is not good. |

I'm sorry, I meant padded envelope. |
