I thought I saw that 1898 SAW figure were being carried by someone in the US.

Anyone know who?

Follow up question, will they be available at Fall In?

Hi, Vince. Patrick and Chris Feree at the Virtual Armchair General has a range of 15mm. I know because 8 yers ago I made production molds for them. Now if they still have them in production, I cannot say. Nice sculpts, too.

I suspect Pat will be along shortly, here.

What size are you looking for?

I have some of the 15mm/18mm from Fantassin/Warmodelling but will not be at Fall In.

I can order the Freikorps 15s as well.

Tiger miniatures makes SAW figures and Recreational Conflict will have some at Fall In. They are 28mm figs at least 60 different packs.

What I'm looking for is the 28mm figures from the 1898 miniatures line from Spain.

VCarter is looking for this range from Spain. 1898miniaturas.com/en

Personally, I haven't heard a peep about an American distributor.

Old Glory has a great range in 25mm !

I've ordered "1898" minis from "Empress" in the UK. Fast service as well.

Recreational Conflict did a painting commission for me
a few years back using the Tiger mini's for the SAW.

Very nice sculpts and an excellent paint job.

ViscountEric hit the nail on the head. It must have been Empress in the UK that I heard about (thanks hocklermp5)

BTW – Most of my collection in Old glory with a some officers and few units of Civil Guard from Recreational Conflicts Tiger range.

Old glory has an extensive line of SAW figures. I carry them on my online business and also sell them as painted figures. They are really nice figures.

You can use US indian war US army figs, same uniforms for several units.

I think Age of Glory is just now starting to carry them.

Yes, Steve of Age of Glory, now has 1898 Miniatures listed on his webpage. It looks like he's starting with the SAW Spanish infantry for Cuba and/or the Philippines.

Much cheaper to order directly from 1898 Miniaturas.

I've ordered direct various times and have got them quickly. They are great people; nice and friendly. Plus they published my rule set online!
