How many total miniature wargaming projects are you actively working on at the present time?

None. I am currently actively responding to a TMP poll.

(Which isn't true, but if somebody doesn't say it, it won't get on the poll options, when it would be true.)

Four.

I usually keep four or five "projects" (usually groups of 20 or so minis) active at once so I can swap amoung them to wait for glue/paint/clay/greenstuff/etc. to dry/set/etc. while I am working.

If I have 100 figures or more for a unit that I am doing at once, I will only have one at a time.

I am thinking of doing a US in Vietnam series with the new beautiful black sun figures from Bob Murch, pulp figures. After 18 hours of watching Ken Burns's new docu on the war, I am ready to do Hue or the Attack on the US Embassy during tet.

UshCha01 Oct 2017 1:02 a.m. PST

Two only

Ongoing Battle to follow the failed (bungaled generalship) game. Decided the story is too good to waste so ne veitual board needed.

Prepare the next lot of fold flat scenary (hill add on's) for publishing. Still have loads of models that need instructions.

Tgunner01 Oct 2017 11:27 a.m. PST

My 15mm Team Yankee stuff:

US mech company needs finishing.
Soviet motor rifle and tank companies (one each).
British tank squadron with mech and recce platoons.

That's probably 30-40 vehicles and 200 or so grunts. Lots to do.

SouthernPhantom01 Oct 2017 5:58 p.m. PST

28mm sci-fi (WH40K setting with different rules), 1/350 retro space gaming, and 10mm sci-fi skirmish are all at some level of activity. Gaming has taken a bit of a back seat right now; I'm working on upgrading several rifles and my personal equipment I use as part of the state defense force. Quality tactical equipment is not cheap.

Lion in the Stars02 Oct 2017 12:10 p.m. PST

Too many.

Active work is a small number of the new Primaris Marines and Infinity.

Middle Burner is my Weird War Germans (got E50s and 38t Katzchen APCs all fitted with IR gear, just need to do the infantry). Also have a nearly-finished Soviet Engineer-Sapper battalion (it needs 20 tanks). And then there's the Air Cav for Vietnam.

Back Burner is a huge mass of 15mm Northwest Frontier minis and a small number of Napoleonics.

Henry Martini02 Oct 2017 4:41 p.m. PST
